The shortcuts are defaults; record your own in Settings.

Translate the selection

⌥ A

The panel appears with your selection and runs the first action, translation by default. When translating, text in other languages comes into your language; yours goes into the foreign language written after 翻译成, English by default, which you rewrite right there. Both take any language, dialect or register.

Improve and replace

⌥ F

Select text in your editor to improve and replace it directly. The language stays the same; undo with ⌘Z in the source app. If you edit or switch apps while it works, view and copy the result instead.

Make your own actions

⌘ ,

Add a name and prompt in Settings → 动作, then preview the sample with your model. Drag actions into order; the first becomes the panel default.

Translate text on screen

⌥ S

For images, videos and interfaces you cannot select, frame what you want translated. Cida recognizes the text on your Mac, then sends it to your model.

Read one paragraph in place

⌥ D

Point at a paragraph and press the shortcut. It turns into its translation where it stands, among the original text around it; press again to turn it back.

Translate a whole window

⌥ ⇧ D

For a Slack channel or a long article in a language you do not read. New text is translated as it appears and a second press stops; code stays as it is, and clicks and scrolling still reach the app.

Set up in three steps

  1. Open Cida.dmg

    Drag 辞达 into Applications and open it. The installer is signed with a Developer ID and notarized by Apple; Cida lives in the menu bar, not the Dock.

  2. Let an AI assistant set up the model

    Press ⌘ ,, click 复制配置提示词 to copy the configuration prompt, and give it to Claude Code, Codex or another assistant. It asks which service you use, writes the configuration and checks that the model answers.

  3. Store the API key in the Keychain

    The key never passes through the assistant: it asks you to copy the key and run one command that stores it in the Keychain. A model running on your Mac needs no key.

Your text goes only where you send it

  • The API key is stored only in the macOS Keychain.
  • There is no history and no telemetry; text processing and action preview requests go only to the provider you chose.
  • Screenshots are recognized on your Mac with Apple's Vision and never leave it. In-place translation reads text through Accessibility. With Screen Recording already allowed, it also processes images of the source window in memory on your Mac to follow scrolling; these images are neither saved nor uploaded. Without that permission, translations hide during scrolling and return once it stops.

What’s new

Cida checks for updates once a day. When a new version is out, its panel shows what changed, written in Chinese, and installs the update once you agree.

更新内容

首次打开时，辞达会引导你连接模型服务。复制配置提示词交给 AI 助手，它会继续配置和检查；辞达收到配置后，可以直接试译。

执行与复制有了固定位置：控制条负责执行、重新执行或停止，结果区负责复制文字或图片。修改原文或动作后，上次结果会标明「待更新」，仍可阅读和复制。

请求失败时，已经输出的文字会保留，并提供重试或模型设置入口。原文超过模型长度限制时，辞达会自动分段处理，不需要手动缩短原文。

动作提示词保存后，可以直接试运行；编辑时保留上次结果作参照，也可以放弃修改。保存成功但试运行失败时，会分别说明状态。

快捷键设置补充了每个入口的用途和权限说明，键盘焦点更加清晰。设置说明、语言确认和其他重要小字也更容易阅读。

更新只需确认一次「安装并重启」。下载期间离开面板会继续下载，但不会自动重启；你可以稍后再安装。
